By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

If the platform allows you to submit answers, comments, feedback, or other content, you retain ownership of what you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant Strud Pex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with these terms.

The platform includes interactive quizzes, tests, and gamified learning elements designed to support knowledge development. Results and scores generated through these features are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute formal academic credentials, certifications, or professional qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific program description.

You agree not to attempt to manipulate, falsify, or circumvent any assessment mechanism on the platform. Any such conduct may result in immediate account suspension.

We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites.
